So what is included in the Package?
When you go to purchase the Flying in Four package you are given the option to either get the standard version or the deluxe version. The difference between the two versions is that the deluxe version of the book contains links to a video library that demonstrates the exercises recommended in the program. The standard version does not contain links to any videos and only describes the workouts that are part of the 4 week plan. Also included in the package are some killer stretching routines as well as a 15% off lifetime voucher at jumpusa.com. We recommend that you buy Flying in Four Deluxe Version as there is only a nominal difference in cost between the two versions.
The Content:
The difference between Flying in Four and other vertical jump products is that this guide contains no fluff or filler material. It is no-nonsense and gets straight to the point. The book contains 3 sections – beginner, intermediate and advanced. Each section is broken down into a 28 day workout routine.
An example of Day 1 of the beginner routine is shown in the image to the right. Each exercise is listed and described with the number of sets and repetitions to be performed. Detailed descriptions of each exercise are given at the end of the book with links to video demonstrations. There is also a FAQ section and a killer stretch routine included.

The Quality:
As mentioned previously, the book mainly consists of workout routines for beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes. It doesn’t contain any theory, background or filler material. If you are a person who just wants routines and takes action then this program offers everything you need. Just get to it and follow the 28 day routine that suits you.
One of the authors of the book, Kelly Baggett has created these routines based on his years of experience training athletes to improve their verticle leap. Kelly is no stranger to creating vertical jump programs. He wrote the original book- and the workouts – that all vertical jump programs are based on – known to everyone as The Vertical Jump Bible – written approximately 6 years ago. Flying in Four is Kelly Baggett’s most up-to-date vertical jump training program and takes on board everything he has learnt since releasing the Vertical Jump Bible.
Flying in Four Review Conclusion:
The biggest advantage of this product is that it goes straight to the point. It gives you what you need. A step by step workout plan to follow over a 28 day period. You can customise the routines based on your experience level. Also, the authors of the product are proven vertical jump trainers and are known worldwide as trainiers that produce results.
The downsides of this product are that no background information is provided on the exercises and no theory behind verticle jumping is included. If you are a person who needs that extra theory then this product may not be for you, however if you want to rapidly increase your vertical jump by following a tried and tested routine then this flying in 4 review gives a bug thumbs up – highly recommended.
